In 2004 Newton's opened their first Individualized Supported Living home - I.S.L.
It was a single person home in the community with 24 hour staff.

This proved to be the right arrangement for some individuals and they currently operate eight total I.S.L. homes in the West Plains area. These homes are community based homes with 24 hour staff on site for support, assistance, encouragement and supervision.
